What would you do if everything you thought was a lie including who you really are?  How would you feel?  What would you think?  Who could you trust and turn to for help?  Bailey is about to find out.

Bailey is the daughter of the alpha and his is forcing her to mate with another alpha named Kade.  Bailey doesn’t want anything to do with Kade.  She can feel his evil rolling off him.  She knows she is different and will fight him before submitting to him. When her father refuses to change his mind, Bailey is left with no choice and fights back and then runs for her life.

After entering Wyoming, Bailey finds herself confronted by an unknown alpha.   She doesn’t know him, but feels he is familiar.  Ryker knows Bailey and has known her for years.  She is his true mate and now he has to find out why she doesn’t remember him.

Ryker was banished from his lands but never forgot Bailey.  He has kept tabs on her since she was in college and now that he has her he doesn’t plan to let her go.  Ryker is furious when he finds out what Kade plans, especially since Kade is his brother.

Bailey has some hidden talents as an alpha female that help her and Ryker battle the evil plans of Kade. Along with their friends, they confront Kade, Rollin and their evil witch to bring the old magic back to the wolf shifters.

If you like paranormal shifter stories, you will enjoy this book by L.P. Dover.   I enjoy immensely and am looking forward to the next books in this series.  I want to find out if Sebastian’s mate is who I suspect. The story will hold your interest to the end and curiosity will have you waiting for the next book.

I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
